We ended up being charged $30 per night even on nights we didn’t use the service, and when I asked about adjusting the charges, they weren’t willing to budge.
I recommend clarifying parking policies in writing at check-in to avoid surprises. It’s a nice hotel, but the lack of transparency on valet charges left a sour taste."
