At check-in, we signed for “daily valet,” but it wasn’t clearly explained that this locked us into valet for our entire stay. We ended up being charged $30 per night even on nights we didn’t use the service, and when I asked about adjusting the charges, they weren’t willing to budge.
I recommend clarifying parking policies in writing at check-in to avoid surprises. It’s a nice hotel, but the lack of transparency on valet charges left a sour taste."

We hosted a wedding reception in the ballroom for a friend, and one of the engineers, Carlos Sanchez, went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. Guest services are not typically the role of an engineer, so we were all incredibly impressed with his dedication and support. Thank you, Carlos, for making things run so smoothly!"
