"I could not get in. It has an unusual appearance. Somewhat gothic. It was closed. I could see into the ornate lobby. The roof has a colorful tile roof on top of the building with lantern on top. It was built for Waite Philips. He later gave it to the Boy Scouts so they could afford the upkeep on Philmont that he also gave to the Boy Scouts. They sold the building in the 70's."
