"I love this park so much. It so peaceful with its lush greenery and beautiful scenery. Theres a playground for the kiddos, track field and athletic field that i love to take walks on. And best of all the hiking trails that makes me feel like I just stepped into a storybook. There you can spot some wildlife such a cottontail rabbits munching on grass, chipmunks scampering up trees, and turtles laying eggs by the lake. And a variety of birds. I just love this park!"

"Van Cortlandt Park, one of the best kept secret in the USA. What a beautiful park ! There is so much to see. Beautiful long scenic paths. Playgrounds and basketball courts. Lake and streams. Swimming pool and many fields for baseball, football, cricket and more. There is also a golf course.If you visit the New York Metro Area, it’s definitely the place to visit. One of the largest park in one of largest metro area in world, right in the Bronx."

"Solid course with rich history. We enjoyed playing the narrow, challenging, and rewarding layout. Only gripes were some tee boxes being chewed up and pace was 4.5+ hours but hard to ask for much more from a NYC course. I would go back to play again between the history and layout."
