I’m not sure if this casino is short staffed or what, but if that’s the case you’d think management would be working harder to ensure customer satisfaction. Don’t waste your fun or money here. Go to the smaller casinos where they actually acknowledge you and actually pay you."

"The hotel is lackluster to say the least. If you plan on sleeping next to someone, hope they don’t move. If they do, so will you and you’ll be up all night. The pillows are a sad excuse for a head rest. They are stuffed but expand laterally over time getting flatter and flatter. Our toilet didn’t work, so we told the staff. They did get it fixed, but maintenance used all our towels and left them on the floor soaking wet and didn’t bring replacements. So, at 11 pm we had to call down for more. The soap dispenser for the shower was broken so we had no body wash. THERE IS NO CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST. This was advertised and a selling point, so that was frustrating. The hand towel holder was falling out of the wall. The ice machine was broken on our floor and we were not told until we tried to use it. The hotel is not connected to the casino, there is a steep walk. This is definitely not suited for disabled individuals. You will need to drive across the street and down the hill.
The people who worked there were very nice. The literal only saving grace of this place. Would not recommend."
