"We had a farm to table cooking class last week and it was AMAZING! Lyndsay Guitierrez and her team provided a truly memorable experience for my husband, me, and 12 friends. The entire evening was customized to our tastes and preferences. The atmosphere was relaxed, participatory, and intimate. Lyndsay led an extremely informative tour of the farm and we had the opportunity to understand organic farming at its finest. After our tour, we cooked our own food under the direction and guidance of the New Earth staff. Not only was the entire experience fun, the food tasted wonderful and we all left feeling good about the healthy food we had consumed. A few of us from the class will definitely be participating in New Earth's CSA in the near future. I cannot rate this farm or the people who work there highly enough. Thank you for a fantastic evening, Lyndsay and staff!"
