"It's a great place to be and visit. And catch rides, but sometimes you have a lot of people right? Just sitting around doing videos on other people causing havoc. Mainly there's one person in particular, he's always there. So I've heard of and for a commuter lot for public, there should not be people sleeping there or sitting on the steps as well. If there not going to be taking the train or leaving town. It's not a park. It is a transportation area. So I think that they should boost up some security and take a look at their footage and see that people continuously go there to hang out. But in all, in all, it's a beautiful place"

"Took the train out of here to go biking in Springfield. Station was unattended but well keep, there were no vagrants or bums, the schedule boards were working and helpful, I was able to cross the station to the opposite track using the elevator to move my bike. I would use this station again. Staff on the train was really helpful with explaining how to stow my bike."
