"Really bad customer service from whomever the manager person is... Also. They totally over charge for everything!!... Side note.. If youre going to make something be a requirement.. Why do you charge $1000 for it?? Between you guys and the funeral home.. I should have been able to stay under the $12000 life insurance policy.. But. I still had to pay out of pocket.. 😭 Shame on both of you businesses."
