"Upon checking in on day 1 the room was not clean to my standards (Marriott User Here). The microwave was dirty and the floor had particles on it from previous stays. At some part the microwave got cleaned when we were out but the floors which are carpeted were not.

Reaching front desks was a fell. Called from room and personal phone and reached NO ONE, met with busy tone after ringing several times. The property sent a text message upon check-in that indicates you can communicate through text for any services you need however that also went unanswered on the second day."

"If you’d like to jump back to the early 80’s with no updates, maintenance or repairs then this is your place. Stayed there one night, decided to not continue our stay, talked with a hostess and agreed to pay for 2 nights and then after we left the property they refused to refund the additional 3 nights. I do not recommend this place at all. If I could give them half a star I would. (also, the room smelled like it has been closed up since the 80’s)"

The resort is falling apart, room was old, noisy, dirty ( we had biscuits left over from the previous client) a dried lizard in the rug..see pics below
Worst valet service ever: obliged to pay $30 per night knowing that you can not call ahead for them to prepare your car, you have to walk to the reception, go outside, show your ticket, wait and in most cases they show you where to pick up the car yourself. you can not drive the car to your rooms. so you have to walk with your luggages to the reception (especially when you are leaving early morning, during the day they offer a gold cart service to your room). worst valet service I have ever experienced. overall the property is no longer maintained and while the location is great it is falling apart and nobody seems to care. Staff is friendly but the reception made it clear: it is what it is. The main pool is under construction which is not mentioned when you book your room. $225/night for this...it's a rip off. AVOID AT ALL COSTS, won't come back to the resort until renovations are fully finished in a few years..
Again great tennis and golf facilities even if the guy at the golf shop managed to give us a cart with an empty battery and we had to call in for some help...it may have been a great resort, no longer is
