Visitors consistently praise Cedar Lakes Woods and Gardens for its unexpected beauty and tranquil atmosphere, calling it a worthwhile escape. While some note it's showing its age and can have bugs in warmer months, the low admission price and the unique experience of walking behind a waterfall make it a highly recommended destination.
"We visited this garden yesterday which is three hours drive from our house and the drive was not a waste at all. Admission ticket is $12 for adults and $7 for children above five years of age. We spent almost couple hours and It was absolutely beautiful, wonderful, peaceful and relaxing!! Loved everything especially the views from the top and the waterfall and there was nothing negative to mention and really worth visiting this garden when you are in the area."

"The best 12 dollars I have spent in a long time. Was not expecting much and was blown away by the beauty of this place. Spent two hours strolling through and looking at each design all plants were healthy and gorgeous, the waterfalls and water fountains were beautiful. Again well worth 12 dollars!!!!"

"Decent place for an afternoon trip but it’s showing its age a bit now. Lots of plants and flowers to check out and it’s cool hiking around the rim of the lake with a lot of elevation changes. I’d recommend going here in the spring or fall, because it was starting to get warmer when I went and the bugs were starting to come out. Very interesting place if you read the back story. I’m sure they could bring this place back to its former glory but it’s not bad, just a little rough around the edges now. Pretty safe place but watch your kids because if they wander off they could get hurt if they go off the path."
