"The building owners recently remodeled the 24th floor and the floor now looks very modern and nice. Shared conference rooms are available as well as a seminar room. The floor also has its own break room with a water dispenser, microwave and tables/chairs if you want to eat lunch in.
The best feature of renting space on the 24th floor is the attentiveness of the building manager, maintenance, etc. They address every concern and request very expeditiously, and professionally.
If you are looking for nice office space downtown, I highly recommend you take a look at the space on the 24th floor of the Truliant building (Winston Tower Suites)."
