"Unfortunately, along with my entire family and across several generations, we’ve always loved Narbona. My parents spent several anniversaries in Narbona’s rooms and always came back very happy. But sadly, there has been a complete lack of accountability, and the customer service is so poor that what once seemed like a luxury brand — whose products we always thought were worth the price — has unfortunately become a cheap, despicable company with disgraceful customer service.
We bought several Narbona products and they came with mold inside, despite being far from their expiration dates. Each product cost around 30 dollars, which is not exactly cheap for items like canned peaches or dulce de leche.
Honestly, the company lost loyal customers, and everyone should know that despite trying to present themselves as a luxury brand, they have third-rate customer service. We reached out through several channels and they never took responsibility, even though it was a very special gift from my mom to my dad. They simply never owned up to it.
The truth is, they’ve lost all the respectable image that took them so long to build."

Service was exceptional—special thanks to Maurizio and the lovely woman from Portugal who made us feel truly welcome. Highly recommend for a relaxing, refined getaway in Carmelo."
