What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Alisher Navoi Central Park is a large, clean green space in Tashkent, appreciated for its tranquil atmosphere and as a pleasant escape from the city. While some visitors note a desire for better-maintained paths, its extensive greenery, unique statues, and family-friendly amusement area make it a worthwhile and enjoyable destination for relaxation and local immersion.
"The Best and perhaps the only park in Samarkand is mostly clean and a nice place to get some fresh air. It connects to different areas of the city and even has a small amusement park for children. The streets can look gloomy sometimes.
Overall, it’s a great place to visit regularly!"

"Alisher Navoi Central Park is a decent green space in the heart of Samarkand. While it offers a pleasant respite from the bustling city, I was a bit disappointed by the lack of well-maintained walking paths. The park could definitely benefit from some improvements in this area. Despite this, the lush greenery and tranquil atmosphere make it a suitable spot for a leisurely stroll or a quiet picnic. It's a good place to relax and unwind, but don't expect a world-class park experience."

"Currently Navruz is an official public holiday in Uzbekistan and is always celebrated on March 21. Still, holiday celebrations are spread out over several days. This year, many interesting events await festival participants. Every visitor will get a chance to try sumalak, which is an integral part of the Navruz celebration, as well as delicious pilaf prepared by our chefs."
