Things to do in Hoi An NOT tailor or restaurants or shopping?

Right now wife and I are in Hoi An. We had a few things planned before our trip but have had to move around due to rain. We took a walk through old town and it was nice, but mostly tailor shops or souvenir stores or resturants. Anything else to do for fun besides walking…

Reviews Summary

Visitors find the Museum of Folk Culture a worthwhile stop, particularly for its beautiful 150-year-old Chinese trading house architecture and the picturesque river views. While some feel the exhibits could use an update, it offers a good overview of local customs and crafts, especially when accessed via the value-packed 5-site combo ticket. Reddit

"Not very big 2 floors museum of Folk arts, but nice place to see the architecture and crafts.
The price on silk scarf is good. And the seller is pleasant."

Pelageya Volkova

"The Hoi An Museum of Folk Culture is located inside a 150-year-old Chinese trading house, and the exhibits here give you a good idea of what local customs and culture are like. Plus, the view of the river from upstairs is really picturesque."

Do Cuong

"This is a nice museum to visit while in Hoi An. It is very historical and gives you a lot of information on how Vietnamese lived 200 years ago. Again this part of 5 places you can visit on a ticket from the tourist office however I would not recommend paying an individual fee at the door because it would not be worth it. This is only worth the entry if you select 5 places to visit with the tourist entrance ticket for 120,000."
