The friendly staff and charming resident dogs at accommodations like Cat Cat Garden House also receive high marks, contributing to a memorable and peaceful stay.
"Had a lovely stay here. The view from our room was absolutely amazing, the bed was quite comfortable and the bedding was cozy.
The owners have 2 very cute dogs (mother and puppy) who kept us great company whenever we were in the reception or breakfast area.
The staff are so friendly and accommodating. We were made to feel very welcome.. The lady at reception offered for us to try some of her snacks, and later when we were waiting in reception to get our night bus back to Hanoi, we were brought a bowl of tasty fried corn, grown in their garden.
The location was perfect for us; brilliant views, enough out of the way of the centre of Sapa but easily within walking distance.
Breakfast was decent with a good range of options.
Overall a really lovely experience.. thank you Cat Cat Garden House :)"

"Stunning Deluxe Mountain-View Room in a Garden Paradise 🌿
We arrived early at 7 AM and were glad to get an early check-in for 200,000 VND.
We had booked the Deluxe Mountain-View room at Catcat Garden, and it truly became a highlight of my Sapa trip. Waking up to the mist-covered valley and mountains right outside the balcony was simply breathtaking.
The views were absolutely mesmerizing. The room was clean, spacious, and had large windows that made you feel connected to nature. The entire property is surrounded by a garden, which gave it a peaceful, retreat-like vibe.
Friendly and polite staff they helped a lot during our stay.
I especially loved enjoying a cup of coffee at their open-air cafe."

"We stayed in the bungalow for 2 nights with an amazing view over the valley. I really recommend this place for people who likes to stay in quieter environment but still closely to the city centre. The closest restaurant is less than 10 minutes walk. The accommodation has everything you might need. There is an AC in the room so we could use it to warm the room up. As a bonus the receptionist has the cutest dog 🐶"
