The toilet basin did not have a stopper, and when brushing my teeth I could see all the dirt inside, which was very unpleasant. Sometimes the staff did not provide enough drying towels. For a hotel that claims to be 5-star, I was surprised there was no safe in the room to keep valuables. The fan also made a lot of noise, making it hard to relax."
