"Recently attended a wake, and the lack of empathy from staff was absolutely shocking. There was behaviour they were unhappy with but the way they handled the event was disappointing despite everyone there grieving a tragic loss. The way they spoke to the family was rude and inappropriate. Closing the bar with no heads up at 8:30 pm, when the ending of the event was discussed and approved to finish at midnight. This left us to be kicked out 3 hours before we were supposed to. Would not recommend for this type of event."
