It's called the place of trees 🌴🌳🌲 📍RJ Hamer Aboretum in the Dandenong Ranges about an hour from Melbourne. It's got a number of different walking trails and we did the Lookout Rock track which was a 2.8km return. It's dog friendly on lead and absolutely beautiful to explore 🦮🐕‍🦺 #rjhamerarboretum #dandenongranges #melbournedaytrip #thingstodomelbourne

The 3km loop is perfect for a gentle walk with your dog (on lead), surrounded by lush fern trees and mountain views...
