E é um verdadeiro passeio pela História de Caldas .No Acervo do porão existem diversas peças que ajudam a entender a evolução da tecnologia ao longo dos tempos . Inclusive ,o Porão é todo de pedra aparente o que mostra a forma em que eram construídas as casas no século XIX. Na Parte de cima ,tem uma biblioteca super interessante com livros de escritores locais e exposições temporárias .A Casa também oferece oficinas de música e de artes plásticas gratuitamente .
