"Powerful falls. Only a short and easy walk of the parking lot to the bridge. The walk down can be interesting and probably will be slippery on a rainy day. But the weather was beautiful so I can't say for sure.

"Came during the 3rd week of August. The water flow was very strong. The parking lot was pretty packed, but if you hang around there is lots of people coming in and out. You probably spend 15-20 minutes here. The path to the falls is a short paved walkway. There are also stairs down to the lower falls. There used to be another area to go down by the river, but it is now blocked off because lots of trees were burned and it is not safe."
