"If I could give zero stars, I would. Living at 60 Absolute Avenue has become a daily test of patience, thanks to the utterly disastrous elevator service in this building. It is beyond unacceptable. I waited TWENTY minutes — yes, twenty actual minutes — just to catch a lift. In that time, two Ubers came and left, and I missed my bus. That’s not just inconvenient — that’s infuriating.
This isn’t a rare occurrence. The elevators here are consistently unreliable, painfully slow, and completely mismanaged. For a so-called “luxury” condo, this is a joke. It’s honestly insulting to residents who pay good money to live here and can’t even leave their units without budgeting half an hour for elevator roulette.
How does a high-rise operate like this? It’s 2025, not 1975 — why are we dealing with prehistoric vertical transportation? The management should be ashamed. Either fix the elevators or stop pretending this is a livable building. We’re not asking for a gold-plated lift — just something that works without making you late to literally everything.
If you value your time, your sanity, or your ability to function like a normal human being, think twice before moving into this building. Right now, the elevators are an absolute nightmare and an embarrassment to the entire property."

New Building maintenance lacks the skills . Random, frequent water shutoff for entire building is very common. To top it off, they never communicate when work is done you keep guessing.
Getting delivery can be challenging due to elevator booking. Some just won't deliver to this condo area.
