Lions Park Oliver is generally well-regarded for its modern skatepark, inclusive playground, and dog recreation area. Visitors appreciate the amenities like free WiFi and showers, though the shower facilities themselves are noted as basic. Some concerns have been raised about unfinished elements on the disc golf course and occasional presence of questionable individuals.
"Nice park overall. For me the skatepark is a highlight. Looks like they put nicely made modern additions to an old park. Good work 👏"
Greg Franklin
"My favorite park with wifi and toilets and showers available with hot water. Refillable drinking water...skate park and dog recreation area, great vibes for this place...if the district of Oliver could organice more cultural activities on this place...will be the best of the full Okanagan. Lot of youth people interested to participate in Oliver."
Dan Flores
"Nice place for a stop and walkabout. Has a great dog park. There is even some exercise equipment spread across the park. Apparently there is free WiFi (not tested). Washrooms were ok, one needed some attention so we phone it in, think it would be dealt with in a timely manner. Would have given this park 5 stars if it wasn't for some questionable people in the park."
