Kleanza Creek Provincial Park is widely praised as a peaceful, beautiful, and accessible natural gem near Terrace. Visitors rave about the serene creek-side camping, the rewarding ridge hike with stunning views, and the unique experience of witnessing the salmon run. While amenities are basic, the cleanliness and rustic charm are appreciated, making it a highly recommended escape for nature lovers.
"Kleanza Creek is one of the most peaceful, beautiful accessible spots near Terrace. Camping creekside the sound of the water running over the rocks lulls you to sleep. The hike up and over the ridge to the impressive creek bed behind the pond is a must. The view from the top if the rock face is worth staying and enjoying. The fact that there are rarely too many people makes it special. If it weren't a bit isolated it wouldn't be the same. Seeing the spawning salmon run is life affirming."
