"Clean rooms, close to Main Street (Caracoles). Recommend!"

"I had a unpleasant experience at this hotel. They tried to evade taxes by asking me to pay in cash, clearly to avoid leaving a tax trail. When I insisted on paying by card, they forced me to add an additional 9,500 pesos, a completely abusive and illegal practice. Furthermore, there was never anyone at the front desk. It was impossible to find anyone to resolve any issues. A lamentable level of service. I publicly urge the Internal Revenue Service of the Republic of Chile to investigate the suspicious practices of this establishment. A business cannot be allowed to operate like this, harming both tourists and the country."

"A place near the center, the room extremely hot, without a fan and being near stagnant water or a pool when ventilated mosquitoes entered which made it more difficult to sleep. They gave us a price when we booked and in the end they ended up charging more than agreed (always for two people), the garage and surroundings quite messy, with branches and remains of materials, the bathroom with a bad smell (sewer, the smell comes out through the grates in the floor, I imagine the siphons are not working). They do not provide soap, nor is there the possibility of heating water for a morning coffee (vital since one leaves early for walks). In general, a bad accommodation experience."
