"Huge forest park right next to Huangpu River. It's a 30 minute walk from Shiguang Road Metro station (Line 8).
There were a few groups picnicking and I've even seen a BBQ (in the winter). But it's really nice to just walk around and admire the beauty of the park with the trees, lakes, bridges etc. There are quite some activities as well, like horse riding or renting a boat."

"A lovely park to walk around and enjoy. On a Monday, it was pleasantly empty with families and some couples exploring. A few wedding photos taking place too. It was good during autumn period."

"Not a Pet Friendly Park!! Even though if you search dog-friendly parks on Google; it pops up.
We were turned away by the security lady, even though I tried to explain that the website said it’s ok. We also had our doggy backpack and we were still not allowed to enter.
What a waste of time. Took us 2hrs to go there and back and the surrounding area also had nothing else to see/do. Shame.
On the parks website is also unclear."
