"Once in the Mtatsminda Park youโre most likely not able to miss the Tbilisi TV tower but it is a bit further inside the park so youโll have to walk a bit. The tower also lights up at night so itโs very obvious to see anywhere. It also stands at a height of 274.5 meters.
Itโs very cool looking up and being so close to the tower especially because majority of the time you see it from below so to see it close up is pretty cool. Iโm not sure if visitors are currently allowed or have ever been allowed but currently theyโre closed."

However, the tower itself is temporarily closed undergoing maintenance. So don't expect to be able to go up to it or get close.
