Reviews Summary

Visitors rave about Lübeck's enchanting medieval atmosphere and its status as the marzipan capital. The historic architecture and charming canals create a picturesque setting. However, some guests found the check-in process confusing and customer service unresponsive.

"I absolutely loved my stay here — and so did my dog! 🐾 It was such a lovely surprise to find that not only are dogs welcome, but the hotel went the extra mile by providing a dog bed, bowls, and even a towel. Such thoughtful touches made our stay feel extra special.

But the real highlight? The Polaroid camera! 📸 What a fun and unexpected addition. We used it so much — capturing little memories throughout our stay — and it truly made the experience unique. I've never seen this offered at a hotel before, and it was so appreciated!

Thank you for such a warm, fun, and pet-friendly stay. We'll definitely be back!"

Marilia Afxentiou

"The most stupid system of checkin and finding the room I have ever seen in German hotels. It was so cool that it was very hard to find the room. Needless to say that an offer to call somebody if you have any questions was useless. Nobody took the phone or even called back... But if you like quests this the place . The room was finally found behind the door labeled "elevator, luggage room , washing machines'"

"My friend & I have been staying at Bob W for two nights. This apartment is convenient & cool😎I was surprised that there are even mats for doing sport & a camera📷I am thankful for delicious tea🍵& perfect shopper from Lübeck!"
