Drive uphill and windy roads are worth the views one gets one they reach the old abandoned village of Aradena .
Bridge is well maintained and wood parts are in great condition. Views will take your breath away .
I can see this place being super busy during peak tourist season, so either plan to get here early or arrange your visits to Crete for end September early October .
Parking was very easy at this time of year so plenty of time to enjoy the scenery and walk around the old village .
