"We really enjoyed this museum, specially we liked the mosaic was amazing. We came quite late as the shut at 3:30 pm, but if you come around it’s nice to slowly explore around."

"The museum was easy to locate and contains a wonderful collection from Western Crete. It spans the ages from prehistoric time up through Early Christianity. They have their first floor dedicated to the area of Kissamos. Here you will find a restored mosaic floor and several examples of Grecian statues. There are also several stone tablets. We spent about an hour going around the museum. It is not large but done very well. They have kindly translated their information about each display into English."
