"We went for their premium tasting and tour for €15 per person. The tour was very informative and our guide was so lovely! She told us it was her first time doing the tour in English, but you wouldn’t have been able to tell because her English was flawless and we understood everything very clearly. She showed us where they make the wine, barrels and where they distil their spirit. For the tasting I could try pretty much all of the wines they make, including a very special sparkling red which was amazing. Every wine tasted delicious.
Because my partner doesn’t drink they only charged us for one person, when I was more than happy to pay for two because of how great the tour was!
We were also given snacks with our wine, if you are visiting and you are a vegetarian I would recommend calling ahead and letting them know - although we did get lots of tasty snacks, they said they would have got something else for us if they’d known. Similarly, if you are visiting with someone who doesn’t drink, they suggest mentioning it in advance and said they would have bought a soft drink. They made my partner a lovely cup of tea instead.
I cannot recommend the tour enough, we were there for 2 hours and had a wonderful time. The bottles of wine are reasonably priced to buy as well.
