"A declared monument near the Tung Chung Public Pier. I went passed the monument where I was heading to a restaurant next to the public pier. The monument is not very noticable but it has the nice spot to overlook the Long Ping 360 cable cars and the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge."
