"I rarely write reviews, but my stay here was so frustrating that I feel it’s important to warn others. From the start, check-in was slow and disorganized, with staff seeming uninterested in helping. The room itself was a huge letdown—dirty carpet, stale smell, and a bathroom that clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly (there was hair in the sink and mold in the shower).
The air conditioning barely worked, making it impossible to sleep comfortably. To make matters worse, the walls were so thin that I could hear everything from the adjacent rooms and hallway. Breakfast was advertised as “buffet,” but it was extremely limited, cold, and not replenished even when things ran out.
When I raised my concerns at the front desk, the staff responded dismissively instead of trying to resolve the issues. For the price they charge, I expected at least basic cleanliness and decent service, but unfortunately neither was provided."
