We reached around 4.30,but the gate was closed(not latched nor locked) .Ticket counter and Lighthouse are closed. Entire compound is kept clean and maintained. But it was sad as we came for a view from the lighthouse.We walk around the entire compound,but there was nobody to enquire. (For the authority : If it is closed temporarly for some reason then place a borad in the entrance. )"
