Reviews Summary
Sepahsalar Mosque is widely praised for its stunning architecture and breathtaking nighttime illumination, often called one of Tehran's most beautiful mosques. However, visitors frequently encounter significant difficulties gaining entry due to high security and its function as a religious school, leading to disappointment for many.
"Sepahsalar Mosque, which was known as Motahhari Mosque after the Revolution, is located on the southeastern side of Baharestan Square. Next to this mosque, there is a high school. This is one of the most magnificent religious buildings in Iran. The surrounding streets are very crowded, however, it is a historic structure and a magnificent building. As we walked through the night and passed by, we came across extraordinary lighting. It is very magnificent here at night with good lighting. It is a wonderful building and its history is very much explained in Wikipedia. I do not know exactly what it is like to visit here, however, this is one of the places that has completed the complex of the Islamic Consultative Assembly of Iran on the southwest side. These photos are a series of photos from the night that I took while passing by this huge building."

"Its super beautiful and piece of art. Probably the most beautiful mosque in Tehran. Unfortunately they did nt let me in. Its located in Baharestan sq by the parliament so security level is high and even its not easy to take photo"

"Beautiful mosque with impressive artwork, but it seems to be hard to enter, since it is home to a religious school. I profited from the foreigner bonus and could still get a glance of its yard. Entering one of the buildings of the huge complex was impossible however."
