"A great grand training grounds. This was used as a grounds for young to be taught and train.

It has a special mini museum inside the western veranda that is accesed from the northern end. This is quite good and gives a little insight into the life of a Roman who lived in th city in 72ad. Sadly however this is one of the only mini museums inside the park.

There is a variety of graffiti from them on the walls however it isnt translated so you have to just appreacite it. Some of the translated meaning are mentioned elsewhere."

James Thompson

"Very nice place which served as training ground for gladiators. Has also nice items which were dug up during discovery of Pompeii."
