What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Visitors praise Otodome Falls for its powerful roar and the stunning backdrop of Mount Fuji, calling it a must-visit for its natural beauty. However, some reviewers mention that the lack of dedicated observation decks can make viewing challenging.
"Date visited: July 2023
Another beautiful waterfall, there is a spot here where you can have a perfect view of it since there is no observation deck. On the other side is the Shira-Ito falls. It is so worth it to come to this place and enjoy the breathtaking two waterfalls. This is just a few walks from the parking area which costs ¥500, but the falls itself has no entrance fee. One of the best thing on this place is that you can also get a beautiful view of the majestic Mount Fuji. There are also cafes, souvenir shops and a fruit stand around the area. A must to go place!"
