"I stopped by on Sunday, September 28, 2025 on my way to Chusonji Temple.
The site has been well maintained."

"I stopped here on my way back from Chusonji to Hiraizumi Station. Chusonji Street is quiet and unpopular, but it was a very nice, well-maintained town. There was a very clean toilet on the way, which made sightseeing in Hiraizumi even more enjoyable. I was also happy to see the remains of Muryokoin Temple, which was built by Fujiwara Hidehira III in the image of Byodoin Temple. I imagined that Minamoto no Yoshitsune may have also visited here."
