"When we heard about the round stone beach where the waves make an interesting rattling sound when they recede, we were reminded of Katsurahama and Shichirimihama, so we drove there.
We were surprised when we arrived.
It was windy that day, and the waves were so rough that rainbows formed in the spray from the waves hitting the rocks. It sounded more like thunder than rattling!

It's surprisingly far from Koniya Port considering the time it takes according to the navigation system, but access is easy with a paved road and a large parking lot.
