"We experienced a really lovely ride on this Ferris wheel just as the sun was setting and the building lights began to shine. The capsule seats four, but you can usually get a capsule to each couple, unless it is overwhelmed with people who want to ride. I think the night lights enhance the ride, so personally I would try and time it to ride no earlier than sunset. At just 800 Yen, it was amazing value for a similar ride in the UK. It is a cash only ride. Very staff as well."
