"Brewery set in a background of a tranquil forest. Free testing of sake and amazake, detailed explanation of what you are drinking by staff who is patient and kind. A very high-end store selling personal and home goods that are sheer eye candy. Brewery sells mirin, soy sauce as well as rice vinegars, oh and coffee beans too! Visitors can wine and dine there at several locations around the property. Lovely lovely place. Highly recommend to pay a visit!"

"A beautiful environment makes for a good sake. But in different seasons, the opening hours will be different. If you want to visit the snow room, you should pay attention to the time.
Since the whole area is really beautiful, it is recommended that you estimate the time to stay for more than one to two hours….

And the food in the restaurant was very fast, and the purchase was completed. We had nothing to eat when we arrived at 4 o'clock in the afternoon. Therefore, it is recommended that if you want to visit the factory and eat here, it is best to arrange the time in the morning, otherwise you will miss some places you want to visit."
