"This is a World Heritage Site in Saga that I have always wanted to visit. I went there during a three-day weekend, and there were no other visitors inside the building. The staff were very kind and gave thorough tours. There are three video theaters inside the building, and all of the movies are very easy to understand and of high quality. They explain why it was built in this location in a way that even an elementary school student could understand. From the observation deck on the third floor, you can get a bird's-eye view of the entire Mietsu Naval Yard."
