I am surprised there is no regulations and if there are some, this place should close down and the animals moved to a better, decent place. It's really disturbing."

I saw workers maintaining and keeping places clean, but I do have to agree with other reviews that said there were quite a few exhibits that were definitely too small for the animals. That being the case, they did have some interesting exhibits like jelly fish polyps, as I have never seen them in person before."
