"Really enjoyed the architecture at this shrine, beautifully carved, colored and maintained. The shrine ground is built on the side of a mountain, so expect lots of steps to reach the upper shrine. It takes about 30 mins to complete a visit but spend the most time at the upper shrine! As that is the most detailed area, starting from its entrance gate."

"Beautiful shrine and location. There are several small shrines to go to leading up to the main shrine which are just as beautiful. A bit of a walk up but it’s short so I didn’t have a problem. There is parking right before the shrine entrance for ¥100."
