"We stayed for a quick 2 nights at the end of our vacation. We didn’t get to explore much of the hotel and the pool was closed (it’s open July 12 for their season, I presume). The room itself was spacious for a hotel room in Japan. Our family of 4 each had a bed (the beds were full-size so we each slept in our own bed) and they were comfortable. We liked that the toilet was separate from the shower and there was both a shower and a tub. We were provided pajamas and slippers for each of us that were also comfortable to wear. We had breakfast each morning in the Diner-themed restaurant where they had a variety of pastries which we enjoyed. It was literally a 5-minute walk to Ikspari which is a nice shopping area similar to Disney Springs in Florida. Overall, we enjoyed our stay there and would definitely stay again."

"Amazing hotel and fantastic room! We had stayed in the lilo and stitch room and could not fault it. It was so clean and comfortable. The park is a short walk away from Disney sea with good transport links between Disney sea and Disney land! The staff even made sure our cases were moved over to the Disneyland hotel ready for check in later in the day when we left the ambassador!

"Our first Disney hotel experience and we loved it. Prices expensive for meals and the pool is only open part of the year (the day after we left despite super hot weather) for an extra cost. Loved the atmosphere and happiness that only Disney brings and proximity to the parks very good. Service always with a smile and very helpful"
