What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Visitors consistently praise Tokyo DisneySea for its unique theming, immersive ports of call, and high-quality attractions, especially the new Fantasy Springs expansion. The park offers a magical experience that appeals to all ages, though some find the cost of Premier Access to be a drawback.
"DisneySea offers something truly unique compared to other Disney parks. The rides are great, with a special mention for both Frozen and Soaring. Fantasy Springs is one of the most incredible areas to walk through! Food was delicious and very reasonably priced compared to other US/European Disney parks.
I knocked it to 4* simply because it didn't capture the 'Disney' feel. It felt like an incredibly well-themed amusement park that attached the 'Disney' name to it for the most part. Fast passes aren't cheap but given we went in August, were well worth buying.
We got there for 8am and we got into the park at around 9:20am. If in Summer, prepare for the heat as we did!"

"Amazing experience apart from long line wait time (which is to be expected). The place was extremely clean and tidy. Staff were courteous, kind and friendly.
I do recommend wearing really comfy shoes as there is alot of walking involved.
The scenery is stunning, like walking through a little seaside village. It definitely helps you live your childhood dream 😅
Buying tickets in advance in recommend, also don't do what we did and attempt 2 parks in 1 day they are huge and will definitely make your feet sore from walking all day and night"

"More exhilarating and thrilling rides compared to Disney Land, however it doesn’t have the same dreamy atmosphere. The vibe was that this is more suited to adults whilst Disney Land was more for the kids. I really loved the underwater world, unfortunately the attractions were targeted at little ones. The place is beautifully lit at night along the river. Would advise coming at opening otherwise you won’t have enough time to do all the rides as there are lots and most have 1-2 hour wait times, might also want to consider 2 days to see everything. Food-wise I would highly recommend the gyoza bun in Nautilus Gallery. The garlic scallop popcorn was also yummy."
