"Worth to visit. The dolphins and sea lion show was amazing. And I loved the message about sea pollution and how we can help to reduce it. Will definitely coming back! 💙💙"

"I have to admit, given the hype, I was somewhat disappointed by the sea life expositions. I am no expert, so my impression might be wrong, but the seals, penguins and pelicans outside did not seem like having a good time and the spaces they have seemed rather dull. :/ The interior of the main building is quite pretty, the coral, shells and crustaceans exposition is very cool but I expected more live fishes in the later part. Some of the fish expositions were static figurines, a big part of the aquaria was river life which is still cool and I don't mind but it is a sea museum after all, the grand finale was the tunnel which even for me as an adult that's never seen one before was just alright but quite short and only filled with sturgeons. However, I didn't use it but I appreciate the amount of interactive stuff for children, I would have a blast if I was twenty years younger. The exterior spaces of the former fortress are also interesting to walk around. :)
On the other hand, I enjoyed the naval expositions very much. Those I think are more targeted towards adults and children might get a bit bored, even though there still are some interactive features. These naval expositions are full of interesting items and information and I can sincerely recommend that part. There's also a small exhibition about noise pollution in the sea and Lithuanian military sea divers.
Overall, I am bit conflicted. I will probably not visit again unless I have children of a suitable age with me but I also don't necessarily want to discourage anyone. 🤷🏻♂️
Outside of the museum, there are also ships that are visitable for free, the biggest one houses a small exposition. Those I would recommend either way."
