What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
Taman Tugu is widely praised as an underrated urban oasis offering a refreshing rainforest experience. Visitors love the accessible trails, the chance to see heritage trees, and the peaceful atmosphere. Some find the facilities basic, and it can get crowded on weekends.
"Recently, I had a mini event here and booked the Shed area with the Taman Tugu management. An ideal place to run outdoor events with some comfort as the Shed is suitable to place food and beverage from our caterer. It was equipped with projection screen, various plug points, ceiling fans, nice wooden tables and benches. The management also provided a few IBM tables with table cloths and additional chairs upon our request. On the event day, their staff are on stand by in case we have any urgent needs, and that really helps. As for the forest trail with amazing biodiversity (we explored Nursery trail), it had signboards along the way so thoughtfully and strategically positioned to give directions of the walk."

"It is a short and easy trail for even kids. There is toilet at the entrance, and there are two swings to chill also. The day we went there, there was a school tour with kids from 5-12 and pregnant women."
