"A place where all the boat tickets counter located to purchase and enquire all the boat and island. Is ok with AC and quite organised. Is very busy in the morning starting from 6am. Tips: After 4pm majority counter is closed as there are no boat after that late hours. Get the tickets earlier. Both Cataferry and Bluewater sell online and quite efficient but only the earliest boat 8am. Other timing need to enquire on the spot and do check at th counter for boat latest timing."

"Very convenient location with secure long-term parking for trips to Tioman Island. It's just a short walk to the jetty, and there are plenty of food options nearby. The ferry (Cataferry) was in great condition, and the boarding process was smooth and hassle-free. It would be nice to have more food, snack, or drink options onboard, but given the journey was only around 2 hours with stops at 3 jetties, it was manageable."

"Jetty interconnection was big and lots of shops to eat at (more towards the local food but there's a KFC) staff are friendly and getting boarding passes and marine park permits are straightforward (carry cash with you) only thing that was a pain was the waiting and queuing to your jetty. It's quite a wait and no seats."
