"Terrible experience. I had a booking at The Regency Hotel Seri Warisan from 26th to 28th September 2025, only to arrive and be told that the hotel is no longer operating. The previous management has shut it down, and although new management has taken over, the hotel has yet to resume operations. There was no prior notice, no communication, and my booking was still accepted. What a nightmare to show up and find the place closed! Completely unacceptable. 😡😤"

The room had multiple issues, several power sockets were broken, the toilet seat was damaged, the toilet paper holder was broken also!!! and the bathroom floor had water pooling. There was no shampoo or body wash provided🙃 hello? one night rm178 no shampoo? and the lighting in the room was extremely dim, making it very uncomfortable!!
The worst part was the breakfast😖I found ants in the food area, the plates and bowls were dirty, it was absolutely disgusting🤢🤢🤢
For the price I paid, I expected at least a clean and functional room. Unfortunately, this hotel failed to meet even the most basic standards. I would not recommend staying here unless they seriously improve their facilities and hygiene."
