What Travellers Say
Reviews Summary
The Budva Green Market is appreciated for its selection of fresh fruits, vegetables, and local specialties like cheese and homemade wine. However, some visitors note that prices can be high, and customer service can be inconsistent, with a few instances of pushy vendors or questionable product quality.
"Great local market if you wish to buy fresh veggies, fruits, cheese, home-made wine etc.
Prices vary so walk around and check for the reasonable options or negotiate."
Jolita
"Not a big market. Average prices. Vegetables and fruits are better quality than in the store. They also sell cheese and sausages. The sellers at the entrance to the market inside on the right were selling Prshut (traditional Serbian dish - pieces of dried pork ham) and other meat. They gave us fresh prosciutto to try, and then tried to sell us and palm off some low-quality stale stuff. They didn't keep the cheeses in the refrigerator, they just kept them warm and didn't cool the display case."

"Delicious cheeses and meats. The vegetables are great too. The house wine is sweet, I liked it. I'm not sure about the prices, it seemed a bit expensive"
