"Very good 1:30 hr tour, with amazing view of the light house and beach. Overall a very good experience. You get a binocular to have a zoomed in view. You can get drinks and coffee on board. But you have to pay for it in cash. The old man (forgot to ask his name) explained very well all about seals."

"The seal tour itself was alright however the service at the front desk was very unpleasant. We arrived first but got served last due to not having reservations. The lady at the desk didn't explain anything, took time taking phone calls, served others (who had reservations and came after us) and made us wait awkwardly without any explanation as to why no attention was paid to us. We stood and waited for half an hour only to be told later that there isn't enough space left for the next tour (key info that she easily could've told us in the very beginning)! And when it came to payment we indicated that we would like to pay by card (as we have don't have a lot of cash), the lady responded: "we prefer cash". It's one of the few instances where one can really feel that the business needs trump the customer's."
